HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE TOEFL TEST
The TOEFL is an exam administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS - www.ets.org), a private company located in Princeton, New Jersey, which established the TOEFL, and is used to evaluate native English skills of non-native English speakers (Gear, Jolene: 2009). The proficiency of non-native English speakers is expressed in the form of numbers (scores). The score is accepted by taking the TOEFL test. The test itself, including all activities related to the TOEFL test, is handled by ETS, and/or any institution designated by ETS. However, the ETS does not set the grades required for admission to a particular university, college, school, or department. Decisions made by individual educational institutions
