Marketing Communications
Marketing Communication is an activity carried out by the marketing department
and communication, which in these activities are marketing and communication
synergize in planning, introducing, and evaluating a product or
services offered to the general public or as consumers. Basically, deep
every company or hotel requires Marketing Communication as an activity
which regulates the process of planning products and evaluating the products offered
to society. The theory used is Relationship Management Theory by
Ledingham, Relationship Management Theory explains that in an organization it is necessary
conduct relations with the public, both internal public and external public and this will
create alignment in side by side, and the concept of Marketing Communication strategy
described by Kotler
