"Writing to Learn: Beginning to Advanced Writing to Learn" is a four-level process - and product-based writing series designed to help students improve their writing for academic and vocational success. The series aims to take students from writing good sentences to writing clear and effective essays. Each book makes use of students' skills and experiences to generate writing topics. It features: builds toward a specific writing task in each unit; treats editing as a regular, integrated step in the writing process; teaches grammar structures as they are relevant to specific writing tasks; has chapters-culminating journal-writing topics; and offers an annotated Teacher's Edition with specific teaching notes and chapter quizzes. Its components include Students' Book, and Teacher's Edition. "Writing to Learn: From paragraph to Essay" (Intermediate to High-Intermediate) is the bridge between paragraph and essay writing via short essays.
